[조약 Treaty] 조약기구 개인통보결정문 TB's Views on Communications (1992~2020)

다음은 유엔 국제인권조약위원회가 내린 대한민국 정부의 기본적 인권 침해에 대한 개인통보 결정문입니다.

영문본은 1992년 사건부터 가장 최근인 2017년에 접수되어 2020년 상반기까지 채택되어 심의된 사건의 최종 결정을 담고 있습니다(총 22개). 

이중 많은 개인통보가 양심적 병역거부에 관한 것입니다.

이외에도 후속조치 결정문 1건이 있습니다.

국문본은 통보 제1321/2004호와 제1322/2004호 그리고 1593부터 1603/2007호까지에 대한 결정문 번역본입니다.

여기에는 관보에 게시된 5건의 통보결정문: 1593-1603/2007, 1642-1741/2007, 1786/2008, 1908/2009, 2273/2013이 포함돼 있습니다.

The link above provides the Views of the Treaty Bodies on Individual Communications concerning the Korean government's infringement of fundamental human rights. 

English version contains the Communications from 1992 to the most recent one in 2017, admitted and viewed until the first half of 2020 (total 22).

Many of them are related to conscientious objection and freedom of expression.

In addition, it contains one follow-up report.
